A non-refundable Evaluation Fee of ₹49 (INR) is charged for structured application review services, which include:

• Priority processing of your application

This is a service fee for the deliverables listed above, not a fee for the right to apply. Payment of this fee does not guarantee employment, an interview, or any specific outcome. See our Refund Policy for refund terms. The Evaluation Fee is refundable only if Pariera fails to provide feedback within 5 business days of payment confirmation.

6.2 AI Audit Fees

AI Audit sessions require payment of ₹199 (INR) at the time of booking. Fees are displayed before checkout and are subject to our Refund Policy.

6.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your payment card details. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

6.4 Taxes

All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST (Goods and Services Tax) at the applicable rate is included where required by law.

6.5 Chargeback & Dispute Resolution

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us at hello@pariera.com to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

• Contest the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
• Suspend your access to our Services pending resolution
• Recover applicable chargeback fees (₹500 + GST per dispute) from you
• Report fraudulent chargeback activity to relevant authorities

We respond to all Razorpay chargeback notifications within 7 days with transaction records, service delivery confirmation, and refund policy references. For legitimate disputes, we will work directly with you to resolve the matter before any chargeback escalation.

• Evaluation fees for structured application review and feedback are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. The Evaluation Fee is refundable only if Pariera fails to provide feedback within 5 business days of payment confirmation.
• AI Audit bookings may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
• No-shows forfeit the booking fee.

8.1 Our Content

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and code — is the property of Pariera or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without written consent
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access our Services
• Reverse engineer any part of our software or systems

8.3 User Submissions

By submitting resumes, portfolios, or other materials through our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, review, and store those materials solely for the purpose of evaluating your application or providing our services. You retain ownership of your original work.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mohali, Punjab, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
