Pariera is an India-based AI and software studio providing software development, AI automation, SaaS-related services, AI Audit consultations, and technology events including Pariera Forge.

Some services may have additional service-specific requirements, instructions, or written agreements. Those requirements form part of the applicable engagement where expressly provided.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when using a Pariera service.

• Do not impersonate another person or organization.
• Do not knowingly submit false or misleading information.
• Keep contact and transaction information accurate.
• Do not use our services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Pariera Forge has its own event-specific eligibility and participation requirements. Those requirements apply in addition to these Terms.

Pariera Forge is a technology hackathon operated by Pariera. Participants may participate individually or as part of a team, subject to the eligibility and team-size requirements published on the Forge website.

Registration does not guarantee selection, advancement to later rounds, an award, or any particular outcome. Projects are evaluated according to the criteria and process communicated by Pariera.

Pariera may update event schedules, submission requirements, judging procedures, themes, deadlines, or other event details when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated through official event channels.

A Forge registration becomes confirmed only after the payment has been successfully captured and verified by Pariera.

The Forge registration fee is non-refundable except where the Refund & Cancellation Policy expressly provides otherwise or where applicable law requires a refund.

AI Audit sessions are consultation services intended to help businesses understand potential opportunities for AI, automation, and related technology improvements.

An AI Audit is advisory in nature. It does not constitute a guarantee of a particular business result, revenue outcome, technical implementation, or return on investment.

Booking availability, pricing, rescheduling, cancellation, and refund conditions are governed by the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Applicable fees are displayed before payment. Payments are processed through Razorpay or another payment provider made available by Pariera.

Pariera does not store full payment-card details on its own systems. Payment processing may also be subject to the payment provider's terms and policies.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for ensuring that the payment method used is authorized for the transaction.

Where a paid service requires legal acknowledgement, the form uses a single checkbox that links to the applicable legal documents.

The checkbox states, in substance, that you agree to the Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy, and consent to Pariera processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Pariera may retain a record of the acknowledgement, applicable document versions, timestamp, transaction or registration reference, and reasonable technical information for verification, security, fraud prevention, and legal recordkeeping.

8.1 Pariera Website and Materials

The Pariera name, branding, website design, graphics, text, software, and other materials provided by Pariera are owned by Pariera or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

8.2 Hackathon Submissions

Participants retain ownership of their original project and intellectual property except to the extent otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

By participating in Pariera Forge, you grant Pariera any limited rights reasonably necessary to administer, judge, display, or promote the event and its results. Any broader use of a project will be subject to applicable event rules or separate permission.

• Fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity
• Submitting intentionally false registration information
• Attempting to manipulate event judging or results
• Unauthorized access to Pariera systems or accounts
• Introducing malicious code, malware, or security attacks
• Using the website or services for unlawful purposes
• Infringing another person's intellectual-property rights

Pariera may reject a registration, cancel a transaction, remove a participant from an event, or suspend access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, security concerns, or a material violation of these Terms.

Hackathon submissions are evaluated using the published judging criteria. Judging decisions made under the event process are final unless Pariera announces a specific review or correction process.

Prizes and special awards are subject to the eligibility, submission, and judging requirements published for Pariera Forge. Pariera may withhold an award where a submission is found to be ineligible, fraudulent, plagiarized, or otherwise materially non-compliant.

The website and services are provided on an "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Pariera does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, error-free operation, specific business outcomes, hackathon selection, awards, or any particular commercial result from an AI Audit or software service unless expressly agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pariera and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the services, material violation of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or infringement of another person's rights.

Pariera may rely on third-party services for payment processing, email delivery, hosting, database infrastructure, analytics, and other operational functions.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms, policies, and conditions.

We may suspend or terminate access to a service where reasonably necessary due to fraud, abuse, security risks, unlawful activity, or material violation of these Terms.

Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should continue after termination, including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, liability limitations, and dispute provisions.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or a Pariera service will, where applicable, be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India having jurisdiction over the relevant matter and Pariera.

We may update these Terms when our services, event structure, payment arrangements, or legal requirements change.

The current version will be published on this page with its effective date. Where a material change requires renewed agreement or consent, we will provide the appropriate mechanism.
