Pariera is an India-based AI and software studio. We build software products, AI automation systems, SaaS solutions, and provide AI Audit services. Pariera also operates Pariera Forge, a technology hackathon.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Pariera.

• Process payments: create and verify payment transactions and maintain appropriate transaction records.

Paid booking and registration forms use a single legal acknowledgement. The acknowledgement links to the Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw consent by contacting privacy@pariera.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was already carried out lawfully before withdrawal, and some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law or necessary for an existing transaction.

Payment credentials such as full card numbers are handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by Pariera.

Pariera Forge participation is governed by its published eligibility requirements. If participation by a person under the applicable age of majority is permitted, any required parental or guardian authorization must be obtained separately.
