1. Pariera Forge 2026 Registration
Forge registration fees are non-refundable.
The ₹499 registration fee is charged per team and is non-refundable once payment has been successfully captured, except where Pariera expressly announces otherwise or a refund is required by applicable law.
This means that a participant or team generally cannot request a refund because they change their mind, become unavailable, fail to complete a submission, withdraw from the hackathon, or are unable to participate after registration.
Registration fees are also not refundable merely because a team is not shortlisted for a later round or does not receive an award.
2. Forge Event Changes or Cancellation by Pariera
If Pariera materially changes, postpones, or cancels Pariera Forge, we will communicate the applicable arrangements through the official event channels.
Depending on the circumstances, Pariera may provide one of the following remedies where appropriate:
- Transfer of the registration to a rescheduled event
- Credit toward a replacement event or registration
- A refund where Pariera expressly announces that refunds are available
Any event-specific refund or cancellation announcement will supersede the general Forge provisions only to the extent expressly stated in that announcement.
3. AI Audit Booking Fee
The AI Audit session fee is currently ₹199 per session. The applicable amount displayed at checkout controls the transaction.
The booking fee is non-refundable except where this policy expressly provides otherwise or where applicable law requires a refund.
4. AI Audit Rescheduling
One free reschedule
You may request to reschedule your AI Audit session once at no additional cost if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Rescheduling is subject to availability. A requested time is not considered confirmed until Pariera confirms the new slot.
5. AI Audit Cancellation and No-Show
If you cancel an AI Audit session or fail to attend, the booking fee will generally not be refundable.
No-show policy
If you do not join the scheduled session within 15 minutes of its start time without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and the booking fee may be forfeited.
6. Cancellation by Pariera
If Pariera must cancel a confirmed AI Audit session because of consultant unavailability or a material issue on our side, we will provide either:
- A full refund through the original payment method; or
- Rescheduling at no additional cost, where mutually suitable.
7. Payment Failures and Duplicate Charges
A payment is considered successfully completed only after the payment provider and Pariera verify the transaction.
If a payment appears to have failed but your account was charged, contact us with the payment or order reference. We will review the transaction and coordinate with the payment provider where necessary.
Where a duplicate payment is verified as an accidental duplicate charge, Pariera will work to return the duplicate amount through the appropriate payment channel.
8. Refund Processing
Where Pariera approves a refund, the refund will normally be initiated through the original payment method used for the transaction.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer and may be outside Pariera's control.
We do not normally provide refunds in cash or transfer approved refunds to an unrelated payment method.
9. Refund Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict a right to a refund or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
10. Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks
We reserve the right to investigate suspicious transactions, fraudulent payment activity, abuse of refund procedures, or intentional misrepresentation.
If you believe a payment or booking is incorrect, please contact Pariera first so that we can investigate and resolve the issue. This does not restrict any rights you may have under applicable law or your payment provider's rules.
