Clear guidelines for refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling
At Pariera, we believe in transparency. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for all paid services on our platform. By making a payment, you agree to this policy.
Important distinction: The ₹49 charge for job applications is an Evaluation Fee, not an "application fee." It covers structured resume review, portfolio assessment, and personalized feedback — not the right to apply. This distinction is material to the legal validity of the transaction under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

1. Evaluation Fee for Structured Application Review
The ₹49 Evaluation Fee is charged for structured application evaluation services, which include resume and portfolio review, assessment of qualifications, and personalized feedback. This is a service fee, not a fee for the right to apply.
What the Evaluation Fee Covers
- Comprehensive resume review and formatting assessment
- Portfolio and project evaluation against role requirements
- Personalized feedback delivered within 5 business days
- Priority processing of your application
This fee does not guarantee employment, an interview, or any specific outcome. It is payment for the evaluation service only.
Refund Eligibility
The Evaluation Fee is refundable only if Pariera fails to provide the structured feedback within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Refund requests must be sent to hello@pariera.com within 14 days of the missed deadline, with your order ID and email address.
Non-Refundable Cases
Outside the above condition, the Evaluation Fee is not refundable. This includes:
- Change of mind or decision not to proceed
- Accepting another offer elsewhere
- Technical issues on the applicant's side (browser, payment method, etc.)
- Withdrawal of application after submission
- Failure to meet job requirements or qualifications
2. AI Audit Booking Fees
2.1 Booking Fee
The AI Audit session fee is ₹199 (INR) per session. This fee is displayed clearly before checkout and must be paid in full to confirm your booking.
2.2 Rescheduling Policy
Free Rescheduling
You may reschedule your AI Audit session once at no additional cost, provided you request the reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time.
2.3 How to Reschedule
- Email us at hello@pariera.com with subject "Reschedule Request"
- Include your order ID and preferred new date/time
- We will confirm availability within 24 hours
- A new confirmation email will be sent with updated details
2.4 No-Show Policy
No-Show = Fee Forfeited
If you do not join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time and have not notified us in advance, the session is considered a no-show and the fee is forfeited. No refund or reschedule will be provided.
2.5 Cancellation by Pariera
If we need to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., consultant unavailability, technical issues on our end), you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost — your choice.
2.6 Late Arrivals
If you join late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. No extension or partial refund will be provided for time lost due to late arrival.
3. General Payment Terms
- Currency: All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
- Taxes: All displayed fees are inclusive of applicable GST.
- Failed Payments: If your payment fails, no charge is made. You may retry the payment.
- Duplicate Payments: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service, contact us immediately for a refund of the duplicate charge.
4. Refund Processing
In the rare event a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Processing time: 5-10 business days from approval date.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
- The actual credit to your account depends on your bank/payment provider and may take additional time.
Refunds are not provided in cash, check, or to a different payment method than the original.
5. Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds and cancel services if we suspect:
- Fraudulent payment activity
- Chargeback abuse or friendly fraud
- Multiple applications for the same job using different identities
- Any attempt to circumvent our policies
In such cases, we may also suspend or terminate your access to our Services and take appropriate legal action.
